Shipping Policy
We’re all about making your happy mail dreams come true. Here’s everything you need to know about how your Limeberry goodies get from us to your doorstep:
- FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (yes, please!).
- Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $6.95 USD via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Canada shipping is available! Rates are calculated based on total order weight at checkout.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please allow 1–3 additional days for tracking to update.
- Orders placed after 2PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Returns + Refunds Policy
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If your order didn’t spark joy (or fit just right), we accept returns for a refund to your original payment method. Here's the scoop:
To Initiate a return please fill out this form.
- You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item for a refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $6.95 shipping deduction will be applied to your refund total.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you—if the item is in stock, we’ll happily process a direct exchange for the same item in a different size.
- A $6.95 reship fee applies for exchanged items.
- If your preferred size is unavailable, the item will be processed as a standard return and refunded.
Final Sale + Ineligible Items
Some items are just too special to return. The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items, including anything printed on corded crews
- Holiday-themed items within 10 days of the holiday
- Mystery Bags
- Sale or clearance items
- Any item with a price ending in .00
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags
How to Start a Return
Starting your return is easy! Just fill out our RETURN FORM with your order number and email.
- After your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label (if requested).
- Prepaid labels must be used within 3 business days or they will expire.
- Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Important Reminders
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our fast processing times.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse—please contact your local USPS for help.
- Incorrect shipping address? If your order is returned to us, we’ll happily reship it for a $5 fee. If no reshipment is requested within 30 days, the item will be donated.
Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival?
We want everything to be just right! If something arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at support@limeberrydesigns.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
