Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We’re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the continental United States. 
  • At this time, international shipping is limited to Canada. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show.
  • Complimentary free shipping excludes overnight shipping and upgraded priority shipping.
  • Rather meet us face-to-face? Free Local Pickup is available at checkout.

 

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted on unused, unworn items within 14 days of purchase. Tags must be attached. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • The following items are FINAL SALE (cannot be exchanged or returned): Our Graphic Tees, Mystery Bags, Sports Bras (hygienic reasons), and Final Sale items.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 3 business days for our return department to process your store credit.

 Exchanges: 

      Due to supply chain issues and price increases, in order to keep our prices low and competitive, we are no longer able to process exchanges on any item as of 10/18/2021.

 

    We understand problems happen. Here’s what you should know:

    Limeberry Designs is NOT responsible for:

      • Delays with USPS shipping
        • International Duties or Customs charges
          • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once we ship packages, they fall into the hands of the U.S. Postal Service. 
            • Products marked “Delivered by the Post Office.” Please contact your local Post Office or courier to obtain information regarding your package.
              • As all of our products undergo a thorough quality control analysis, damages to our products caused by improper care or handling including, but not limited to, damage during washing or drying or by opening a package with sharp objects, is not covered under our exchange nor return policies. 
                • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the address that he or she put on their order is correct. We are happy to re-ship any orders that are labeled as “Return to Sender” within 30 days of receiving if the customer covers the additional shipping costs via PayPal or Venmo. Any items that are not claimed within the 30-day grace period will be donated to a local shelter. Please contactsupport@limeberrydesigns.com with any questions.

                Defects or Problems With Your Order?

                  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at support@limeberrydesigns.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

                • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing, items that have been damaged during washing or drying. We are not responsible for items that were cut when opening your package. Scissor cuts are obvious and all our items have gone through quality control.

                 

                WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

                It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address, or if your package gets delivered to the incorrect address which is not your own but is the address you put on your order. If your package comes back to us as Return to Sender, we offer reshipping fee for $5 for. the additional shipping via paypal or venmo.  We will not return items that were return to sender by USPS. If you don’t pay for the reship within 30 days, we will donate your item to a local shelter.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@limeberrydesigns.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

                When your order is placed, you have checked the box that means you have agreed to our terms and conditions which is all of the above.

                 Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 3 business days for our return department to process your store credit or refund.
