  • Canada Shipping: We ship to Canada! Rates are based on the total weight of your order.
  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for tracking updates.
  • Local Pickup: Prefer to grab your order in person? Choose Free Local Pickup at checkout — we’d love to meet you!

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Holiday Orders:
We love spreading holiday cheer, but we know how hectic the season can be! Please note: If you place an order within 10 days of a holiday, we cannot guarantee delivery before the big day. Additionally, holiday-themed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged within the 10 day leading up to the holiday.

Returns:
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Custom orders, including any designs printed on corded crews, and holiday-themed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return it, a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items:
Some things are just too good to send back! Mystery Bags, Sale items, holiday-themed items, and anything with a price ending in $.00 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
Need a different size? We’ve got you covered (if it’s in stock). A $5.95 shipping fee applies to exchanges, and the customer is responsible for covering it.

  • Return Process: To start a return, simply fill out our Return Form.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and another 3 business days for processing.

We understand that things happen. If you receive a defective item or something isn’t right, contact us at support@limeberrydesigns.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Important Info:

  • Shipping Delays: We’re not responsible for delays with USPS or UPS once your package is shipped.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to your local post office or courier for help. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items after they leave our warehouse.
  • Care Instructions: Our products go through quality checks, but please handle them with care. We’re not responsible for damages caused by improper washing or drying, or cuts from opening your package with scissors.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We offer a $5 reshipping fee.
  • If the reshipping fee isn’t paid within 30 days, we’ll donate the item to a local shelter.
  • Need to update your address or cancel your order? Contact us at support@limeberrydesigns.com as soon as you place your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee them due to our fast processing times.
