1. Sponsor. Limeberry Designs LLC, 13900 Van Dyke Rd, Suite 106, Plainfield, IL 60544.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time and ends Friday, September 25, 2026 at 9:00 PM Central Time.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter, and you may use either or both. Each method gives you one entry, for a maximum of two entries per person.

(a) Social entry: Comment on the Sponsor's official Limeberry Designs birthday giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram during the Entry Period. Comment BDAY to receive the automated giveaway message. An eligible comment counts as an entry even if the automated message is not received; opening or replying to the message is not required.
(b) Click the entry link in the Sponsor's birthday email and arrive at this page during the Entry Period.

One entry per person per method, for a maximum of two entries per person: one social entry and one email entry. Multiple comments, including comments on both Facebook and Instagram, count as one social entry total. Repeated email-link clicks count as one email entry. Visiting this page from a social message or another source does not create an email entry. Tagging friends does not earn additional entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Drawings. Thirteen (13) hourly winners will be selected at random on Friday, September 25, 2026, once per hour from 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM Central Time. Each hourly drawing includes all valid entries received before that drawing, excluding entries from anyone who has already won. The final hourly drawing will take place after entries close at 9:00 PM Central Time and will include all valid entries received by the entry deadline, excluding prior winners. Entries received after an earlier drawing are eligible only for subsequent drawings. Non-winning entries carry forward automatically. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, excluding prior winners. A single entrant may win only one prize.

6. Prizes. Thirteen (13) hourly prizes, each consisting of one (1) Limeberry Designs graphic tee, approximate retail value $42 each. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of thirteen (13) Limeberry Designs graphic tees, approximate retail value $546. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,092. Prizes are awarded as stated, are not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Design and size selections are subject to availability and are chosen from options made available by Sponsor. Prizes ship within the fifty United States only.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries included in each drawing.

8. Winner Notification. Winners will be announced publicly on the Sponsor's Facebook and Instagram accounts and notified by direct message or email. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification with the shipping information requested. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

9. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, state, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

12. Release. By entering, you release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Not Affiliated With Any Platform. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. completely. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

14. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
