Here’s What You Need to Know

Welcome to Limeberry! We’re so glad you’re here. Game day outfits are kind of our thing, and during Bears season things move fast around here. We truly want you cheering in your Limeberry gear before kickoff — and the details below will help set you up for the best experience possible.

 Production Timing

All Limeberry items are printed to order with care by our team.

A few helpful things to know:

• Orders are processed in the order they are received

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM begin the production process the next business day

• During peak Bears game weeks, production timelines may be slightly longer due to high demand

Ordering earlier in the week gives your order the best chance of being ready before the game.

 Shipping (Game Week Update)

Due to the MLK holiday and anticipated USPS delays, all orders are shipping via UPS Ground this week. $8.95 for Orders, $125 Orders Ship for Free

To give your order the best chance of arriving before the next game:

• Order by Wednesday to ship UPS Ground

• Orders placed after Wednesday may not arrive in time, however we will do our best to get your order out. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically. While we always do our best, delivery before the game is not guaranteed during peak Bears weeks due to order volume and carrier transit times.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers nearby and can be selected at checkout.

Pickup details:

• Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Orders must be placed with local pickup selected at checkout

• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

• Local pickup orders placed by Wednesday usually are ready by Friday

• Pickup timing is not guaranteed before the next game during peak weeks

Please wait for your pickup-ready email before arriving — this helps us keep everything organized and moving smoothly.

Order Changes

Because orders move quickly into production during high-volume weeks, we’re unable to make changes once an order is placed.

This includes:

• Switching shipping to local pickup (or vice versa)

• Changing sizes, colors, or designs

• Updating shipping addresses

We recommend double-checking all details carefully before completing checkout.

About Our Printing Process (Direct to Garment)

All Limeberry designs are printed using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing.

What that means for you:

• Ink is cured directly into the fabric, not layered on top

• The design has a soft, no-feel finish

• No cracking, peeling, or stiff ink like traditional screen printing or transfers

DTG allows us to create vibrant, detailed designs while keeping our apparel soft and comfortable — perfect for all-day wear on game day.

 Color & Print Variations

Because all items are printed to order:

• Slight variations in print color may occur due to screen settings and fabric tone

• Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed, giving them a unique, lived-in look

• Each piece is meant to feel one-of-a-kind, not mass-produced

These variations are normal and part of what makes our apparel special.

To keep your Limeberry apparel looking its best:

• Wash inside out in cold water

• Use mild detergent

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Do not iron directly on the design
