Limeberry’s 11th Birthday Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor:

• The sponsor of this giveaway is Limeberry Designs, 432 Treasure Drive, Oswego IL 60543

3. Agreement to Official Rules:

• Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway begins on 9/23/2024 at Midnight and ends on 9/27/2024 at 11:59PM (the "Giveaway Period").

5. How to Enter:

• Complete the entry form on the Google Form provided with your name and email address.
• Additional entries can be earned by:
  • Making a Purchase: Each purchase made during the giveaway period will earn additional entries. Use the code “BIRTHDAYENTRY” at checkout.
  • Tagging Friends on Social Media: Each friend tagged in the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook earns one additional entry. Limit 10 additional entries.
  • Joining the Text Club: Text “LIMEBERRYBDAY” to 855-442-3753 to join and earn double entries.
  • Sharing on Social Media: Share the official giveaway post to your story or feed and tag @LimeberryDesigns with the hashtag #LimeberryBirthday for an additional entry. Limit 1 entry per platform per day.
  • Email Subscription: Subscribe to our email list through the LINK provided to earn one additional entry if not already subscribed.
• All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

6. Prizes:

• Grand Prize: Tees for a Year, which consists of one (1) graphic tee per month for twelve (12) months. You will receive codes to redeem your winnings. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $360.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 9/28/2024 from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
• The winner will be notified by email within 2 days following the drawing.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Odds of Winning:

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

9. General Conditions:

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
• Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. Publicity:

• Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. Limitation of Liability:

• By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway or receipt or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes:

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction.

13. Privacy Policy:

• Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy 

14. Winner List:

• To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Limeberry Designs 432 Treasure Drive, Oswego IL 60543. Winner list requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date.
