Our Customers and Staff think our clothing is incredible and I am confident you will love your order, but hey, online shipping can be difficult so we have made our return/ exchange policy easy in case you don’t love the fit of your order!
If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, Limeberry will accept returns or exchanges if available within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to return items that are custom or personalized, including our graphic tees as they are made to order, mystery bags & final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Sports bras are also unable to be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
We will accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, free of stains, no visible wear, no smells or animal hair. Tags must be attached if your item came with a tag. Please fill out the form below to initiate your return.
Refund to your original form of payment
If your return is approved by our customer service team, you are responsible for shipping the order back to us and purchasing your own mailing label when mailing the order back. Once we receive the order back and it meets the above conditions, we will refund you for the product costs (original shipping costs are not refunded). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date the order tracking says it was delivered to you. See exclusions above.
We are happy to exchange your item for another size or color if in stock. We will exchange our made to order graphic tees for a different size or shirt color, but are unable to exchange for a different design. We are happy to exchange other items for a different size or color if we have the stock, but are unable to exchange for a different product, this would be a return. For example, you cannot exchange a christmas tee design for a valentine tee design, or a pair of leggings for a different pair of leggings or a top. If you would like to have a different item, the best thing to do is to return the item that qualifies for our return policy above for store credit and buy the item you want again on our website. We will approve you for the exchange if we have the product in stock. Exchanges must be received back to us within 14 days of the date the delivery shows on the tracking of your original order.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale items and Mystery Bags are unable to be returned or exchanged for any reason. We are happy to answer any and all questions prior to purchase. Just shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that do not make it back to us.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. Graphic tee designs might wrinkle during shipping just like any clothing item would. This is not a defect and will straighten out with the design ironed from the back side of the tee and will look like it did when it left our facility. We are not responsible for the handling of the USPS and any damage caused by them to your package.
• Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 3 business days for our return department to process your store credit.

Standard Shipping within the continental United States is free first class or priority mail. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. We do not ship internationally at this time besides Canada.
• Standard shipping orders take 2-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.

International Duties or Customs charges
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Orders that are shipped with a Free Shipping Coupon will ship first class or priority mail depending on the shipping weight. We will not ship an order with Free shipping overnight or any upgraded shipping.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse at email@example.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing, items that have been damaged during washing or drying. We are not responsible for items that were cut when opening your package. Scissor cuts are obvious and all our items have gone through quality control.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address, or if your package gets delivered to the incorrect address which is not your own but is the address you put on your order. If your package comes back to us as Return to Sender, you can pay us the additional shipping that it costs to reship your item/s back to you via paypal or venmo. This is your responsibility if you want your order. We will not return items that were return to sender by USPS. If you don’t pay for the reship within 30 day, we will donate your item to a local shelter. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
