• Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7.95 USD via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Canada shipping is available! Rates are calculated based on total order weight at checkout.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please allow 1–3 additional days for tracking to update.

Returns + Refunds Policy

We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If your order didn’t spark joy (or fit just right), we accept returns for a refund to your original payment method. Here's the scoop:

To Initiate a return please fill out this form.

• You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item for a refund.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected.
• If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $7.95 shipping deduction will be applied to your refund total.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you—if the item is in stock, we’ll happily process a direct exchange for the same item in a different size.

• A $7.95 reship fee applies for exchanged items.
• If your preferred size is unavailable, the item will be processed as a standard return and refunded.

Final Sale + Ineligible Items

Some items are just too special to return. The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized items, including anything printed on corded crews
• Holiday-themed items within 10 days of the holiday

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags

How to Start a Return

Starting your return is easy! Just fill out our RETURN FORM with your order number and email.

• After your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return label (if requested).
• Prepaid labels must be used within 3 business days or they will expire.
• Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.

Important Reminders

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our fast processing times.
• Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our warehouse—please contact your local USPS for help.
• Incorrect shipping address? If your order is returned to us, we’ll happily reship it for a $7.95 fee. If no reshipment is requested within 30 days, the item will be donated.
