We love a good happy-mail moment, so here's exactly how your order gets to you.

Orders over $100 ship free. Under $100, shipping is a flat $7.95 through USPS Ground Advantage — no surprise math at checkout. We ship to Canada too, calculated by weight.

Everything is printed to order in our Plainfield warehouse, so give us 3 to 4 business days to make it, then another day or so for tracking to catch up. Orders placed after 2PM CST start the next business day.

Returns

Sometimes it doesn't work out, and that's okay. You have 30 days to send something back for a refund to your original payment method.

We just ask that it comes back the way it left: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and free of smoke, perfume, pet hair, or anything we can't get out. We can't restock what we can't resell.

Start here: Return Form. We'll send instructions once your return is approved. Return shipping is on you — send it however you like. If your original order shipped free, we'll deduct the $7.95 we covered from your refund. Once it's back and inspected, your refund goes out in 3 to 5 business days.

Need a different size?

Easier than a return. If we have your size, we'll swap it straight across for a $7.95 reship.

WHAT WE CAN'T TAKE BACK

Anything custom or personalized. A tee with your team's name on it only works for you, so we can't resell it — which is why we'd rather help you get the size right before you order. Check the size guide, or message us and we'll tell you what we'd pick.

Also final sale: holiday items within 10 days of the holiday, mystery bags, and anything already discounted.

A few more practical things.

Because we print fast, orders can't be canceled once they're placed. Discount codes can't be added after the fact.

If a package goes missing after USPS has it, reach out — we'll help you chase it down, though we can't replace it.

Wrong address? We'll reship for $7.95 once it comes back to us. If we don't hear from you within 30 days, we'll donate it to a good home.
