- Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7.95 USD via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Canada shipping is available! Rates are calculated based on total order weight at checkout.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Please allow 1–3 additional days for tracking to update.
- Orders placed after 2PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Returns + Refunds Policy
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If your order didn’t spark joy (or fit just right), we accept returns for a refund to your original payment method. Here's the scoop:
To Initiate a return please fill out this form.
- You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item for a refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, a $7.95 shipping deduction will be applied to your refund total.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you—if the item is in stock, we’ll happily process a direct exchange for the same item in a different size.
- A $7.95 reship fee applies for exchanged items.
- If your preferred size is unavailable, the item will be processed as a standard return and refunded.
Final Sale + Ineligible Items
Some items are just too special to return. The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items, including anything printed on corded crews
- Holiday-themed items within 10 days of the holiday
- Mystery Bags
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags
